Tony, I have nothing but the highest praise for the manner in which you, & every member of your staff I encountered, conducted the amazingly speedy sale of my house in Cabarita. Rico & Mandy are a wonderful team who complement each other very well. They both acted with the highest professionalism at all times but still managed to be friendly & approachable. Rico immediately recognised that he was dealing with a serious buyer & used his expert negotiating skills together with your back-up & knowledge of the buyers’ state of mind to conclude a swift & successful outcome. In fact, I was a bit shell-shocked by the speed of it all & have had to endure several suggestions that I must have been too precipitous & obviously sold it too cheaply. However, I’m firmly convinced that together we achieved an exceptionally successful outcome & for that I thank you all sincerely.
